Frequently Asked Questions

How will the transaction appear on my PayPal account?
Your PayPal activity will show the full purchase amount as a "purchase" under Venice84. The three separate instalments will also appear individually as they’re charged to your card each month.

What is PayPal Pay in 3?
An interest-free loan by PayPal that splits your payment into 3 equal instalments. The first is charged on purchase, and the next two on a monthly basis. It’s a flexible way to manage your budget.

Does applying for Pay in 3 affect my credit score?
PayPal may run a soft credit check, which does not leave a mark on your credit report unless you proceed. If you complete the plan, PayPal may report your payment performance to credit agencies.

Are there any fees?
No. There are no hidden fees or interest when you choose Pay in 3.

Why is there a pending authorisation?
PayPal may place a temporary hold on your card for the first payment amount. This is released once the order is confirmed and shipped. If the order is not completed, the hold is removed within 24 hours.

Why didn’t my payment go through?
If your card is expired or lacks sufficient funds, your scheduled payment may fail. To resolve this, log into your PayPal account > Pay in 3 > Select your plan > Update your payment method or complete the payment manually.
