1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following secure payment options:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Please note: Prepaid or gift cards may not be accepted depending on the issuer.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time (after shipment):

Rest of World 7–21 business days Not available

These timeframes do not include order processing time. Customs delays may occur depending on the destination country.


3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed. We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before completing your purchase.


4. Can I cancel or modify my order after checkout?

Orders are processed automatically to ensure timely delivery, and therefore cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. Please double-check your cart and personal information prior to checkout.


5. My tracking information hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking details may take up to 48 business hours to reflect movement. If your tracking status does not update after this period, please contact our support team for assistance.


6. My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

Here’s what you should do:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s concierge

  • Contact your local postal carrier

  • If you still cannot locate your package, email us at support@venice84.com


7. Can I change the size or add items after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please review all product details and quantities before completing your purchase.


8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact

  • You must email our team for approval before sending any return

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

9. Which items are non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following products:

  • Face masks

  • Socks

  • Hats or headwear

  • Underwear

  • Shoes

  • Customized or personalized items


10. How does store credit work?

  • Issued only after a return is approved and processed

  • Has no expiration date

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
