Clearpay Terms
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to complete your purchase. Payments are due every 2 weeks. A £6 late fee applies if a payment is missed, with a further £6 charged if not paid within 7 days.
Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 or 25% of the order total (up to £24) for higher orders. Failure to pay may result in your details being passed to a debt collection agency and could impact your future use of Clearpay.
Clearpay is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Yes. Items follow Venice84’s standard return policy. Refunds are sent from Venice84 to Clearpay, and Clearpay will update your balance accordingly. Already paid instalments are refunded to your card, and future payments are cancelled.
8. Can I use discount codes or gift cards with Clearpay?
Yes. You can combine a Venice84 discount code or gift card with your Clearpay payment at checkout.
9. Is there a minimum or maximum order value for Clearpay?
Orders must be between our minimum checkout threshold and £1,000. Your personal limit may vary based on your Clearpay history and eligibility.
